Nachfolgend erklären wir, wie Sie herausfinden, ob Sie aktuell Microsoft 365 oder Professional Email verwenden und wie Sie neue E-Mail-Verträge/ LIzenzen hinzu bestellen können.
Aktuell bieten wir zahlreiche E-Mail-Produkte an. In unserer E-Mail- Administration verwalten wir aktuell drei Produkte. Wichtig ist, dass Sie mit einer Domain nur eines dieser drei Produkte nutzen können. Es ist nicht möglich, diese zu kombinieren und zusammen mit einer Domain gleichzeitig zu nutzen. Wenn Sie eine neue E-Mail-Adresse benötigen, ist es wichtig, dass Sie das richtige Produkt nachordern.
Wir listen Ihnen nachfolgend die Produkte einmal auf und nennen auch die entsprechenden Tarifbezeichnungen. Prüfen Sie in Ihrer E-Mail-Administration im KIS (Erläuterung Login E-Mail-Administration), welches Produkt Sie gerade mit Ihrer Domain nutzen und ordern Sie dann die entsprechende Lizenz. Alternativ können Sie auch unsere Support über eine KIS Supportanfrage, per E-Mail oder auch telefonisch kontaktieren und dieser berät Sie gern weiter.

Where can I add more email addresses?

Below we explain how to find out whether you are currently using Microsoft 365 or Professional Email, and how you can order additional email contracts/licenses.
We currently offer a wide range of email products. In our Email Administration, we currently manage three products. It is important to note that you can only use one of these three products per domain. It is not possible to combine them or use them simultaneously with a single domain. If you need a new email address, it is important that you reorder the correct product.
We have listed the products below, along with their corresponding plan names. Please check in your Email Administration in KIS (Explanation Login E-Mail-Administration) which product you are currently using with your domain, and then order the appropriate license accordingly. Alternatively, you can also contact our support team via a KIS support request, by email, or by phone — we will be happy to assist you further.
