With our Professional E-Mail Team product, you can organise team communication more efficiently than ever before. Because this groupware is based on the open source software Open-Xchange and offers small and medium-sized enterprises an affordable and powerful solution for all challenges in digital teamwork: Share calendars, address books and files with your colleagues. This way you will no longer miss any important appointments and always have all your contacts available. The package also includes 1 TB of online storage.
Via the Host Europe Webmailer, you can access incoming mail on your e-mail account as well as appointments, addresses and files from any computer with Internet access and a browser. With your smartphone and tablet PC, you can also use all functions conveniently while on the move.

Every e-mail account is protected by us as standard with an extensive anti-spam filter. This means that every address you have created under your account is securely protected from unwanted messages (spam).

If you want to use our products professionally, we recommend that you set up individual addresses under your own domain. This way you communicate more personally and unmistakably. No matter whether you want to use the address for business or private purposes. You also have the option of integrating an external domain free of charge.

Our products allow you mobile access to your mailboxes from any mobile device, whether smartphone or tablet. This is done either directly via the webmailer or by using an appropriate app. You can use all common apps and clients that support CalDAV to synchronise your calendar.

You can manage your product quickly, easily and conveniently via the Kunden Informations System (KIS) or via the webmailer. No matter whether you want to create a new account, create a new e-mail address or set up forwarding or autoresponders.

The server location is in Germany, in Hamburg. For service reasons, data is also managed outside of Germany and Europe in accordance with our data protection policy.
