In diesem Artikel beschreiben wir, wie Sie die E-Mail Administration von Professional Email (powered by Titan) über das KIS erreichen.
Folgen Sie hierzu bitte nachfolgendem Pfad im KIS.
Zunächst finden Sie eine Auflistung Ihrer E-Mail-Verträge. Auf dieser Seite werden alle Professional Email-Verträge als auch Microsoft 365 Verträge (sofern vorhanden) aufgelistet. Oben rechts gibt es einen Filter, über welchen Sie nach der Produkt-Kategorie filtern können.
Über den Button "Jetzt starten" gelangen Sie zur Email Administration, in welcher Sie das Produkt Professional Email weiter verwalten können.

In this article we describe how to access the E-Mail Administration of Professional Email (powered by Titan) via the KIS.
Please follow the following path in the KIS.
Product Admin - Email
First, you will see a list of your email contracts. This page lists all Professional Email contracts as well as Microsoft 365 contracts (where applicable). In the top right-hand corner, there is a filter that allows you to filter by product category.
Clicking on the button "Start now" will take you to the E-Mail administraton where you can manage the product.
