Sie können für Ihre Produkte weitere Domains bestellen (entweder als Neuregistrierung oder Providerwechselauftrag). Hier wird erklärt, wie das geht.

Bitte beachten Sie: Dieser Artikel bezieht sich nur auf unsere Classic WebHosting Pakete. Haben Sie Root Rechte für Ihr Produkt (z.B. Um weitere Domains zu bestellen, loggen Sie sich in Ihrem KIS ein und wählen Sie "Produktverwaltung - Ihr Produktbereich - Konfigurieren - Domains - Weitere Domain bestellen". Dort sehen Sie ein Formular wie folgt:

Tragen Sie dort den Namen der Domain ein, die Sie über uns konnektieren möchten. Wenn die Domain von einem anderen Provider zu uns umziehen soll, wählen Sie bei "Domainumzug?" bitte "Ja" aus.
Sie werden gebeten, die Informationen zu überprüfen und zu bestätigen. Danach erteilen wir für Sie die nötigen Aufträge an die Registrare.
Vergessen Sie bei Providerwechseln nicht, beim alten Provider zu kündigen und eine Erlaubnis zum Wechsel einzureichen ("Freigabe").

Wichtig bei gTLD Domains (z.B. com, net, org etc.):
Aufgrund einer Vorgabe der "Internet Corporation for Assigned Name and Numbers" (ICANN), die am 01. Januar 2014 in Kraft getreten ist, sind alle Registrare verpflichtet, sicherzustellen das die Kontaktangaben bei Registrierung, Update und Transfer von gTLD Domains korrekt sind. Im Anschluss an die erfolgreiche Domain Registrierung/Übertragung wird hierzu eine E-Mail an die E-Mail-Adresse der innehabenden Person versendet, um die Verifizierung durchzuführen. Bitte öffnen Sie den in der E-Mail enthaltenen Link, wodurch die Überprüfung der Daten abgeschlossen wird.
Sie haben 15 Tage Zeit, den Link aufzurufen und somit die Echtheit Ihrer E-Mail-Adresse und Kontaktdaten zu bestätigen, andernfalls wird die Domain suspendiert und ist dadurch nicht mehr erreichbar.
Dieser Ablauf gilt nur für von ICANN verwaltete gTLD Domains. Bei ccTLD Domains (z.B. de, at, ch, eu) gibt es diesen Verifizierungsprozess seitens der Vergabestelle derzeit nicht.

You can order additional domains for your products (either as new registrations or provider change). Here we explain how to do this.

Please note: This article only refers to our Classic WebHosting packages. To order additional domains, log in to your KIS and select "Product Admin - Your product area - Configure - Domains - Order another domain". There you will see a form as follows:

Enter the name of the domain that you would like to connect with us. If the domain is to be transferred to us from another provider, please select "Yes" for "Domain move?".
You will be asked to check and confirm the information. We will then place the necessary order with the registry for you.
When changing provider, do not forget to cancel your contract with the old provider and submit a transfer authorisation to the current provider.

Important for gTLD domains (e.g. com, net, org etc.):
Due to a requirement of the "Internet Corporation for Assigned Name and Numbers" (ICANN), which came into force on 1 January 2014, all registrars are obliged to ensure that the contact details are correct when registering, updating and transferring gTLD domains. Following the successful domain registration/transfer, an e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address of the domain owner in order to carry out the verification. Please open the link contained in the e-mail, which will complete the verification of the data.
You have 15 days to open the link and confirm the authenticity of your e-mail address and contact details, otherwise the domain will be suspended and will no longer be accessible.
This procedure only applies to gTLD domains administered by ICANN. For ccTLD domains (e.g. de, at, ch, eu) there currently is no such verification process on the part of the registry.
