In dieser Anleitung erklären wir Ihnen, wie Sie das zuvor im KIS eingerichtete Microsoft 365 E-Mail-Konto in der Mail-App in Windows hinzufügen können.

Integrieren Sie Ihr Microsoft 365-Konto in die Mail-App von Windows, um E-Mails zu senden und zu empfangen.

1.    Öffnen Sie die Mail-App.
2.    Wenn Sie einen neuen Account hinzufügen möchten, fahren Sie mit Schritt 3 fort. Andernfalls wählen Sie das Zahnrad-Symbol für Einstellungen und dann Konten verwalten aus.
3.    Wählen Sie + Konto hinzufügen.
4.    Wählen Sie Office 365 aus.
5.    Geben Sie Ihre Microsoft 365-E-Mail-Adresse ein und wählen Sie Weiter.
6.    Wählen Sie "Arbeits- oder Schulkonto" und dann "Weiter".
7.    Geben Sie Ihr Microsoft 365-E-Mail-Passwort ein und klicken Sie auf "Anmelden".
8.    Möglicherweise werden Sie gefragt, ob Sie bei allen Ihren Apps angemeldet bleiben möchten. Um angemeldet zu bleiben, wählen Sie "OK".
9.    Wenn die Multi-Faktor-Authentifizierung (MFA) aktiviert ist, verifizieren Sie Ihr E-Mail-Konto, indem Sie eine Multi-Faktor-Authentifizierung einrichten. Die Einrichtung erfolgt direkt an dieser Stelle während der Einrichtung des E-Mail-Kontos im E-Mail-Programm. Falls Sie die Multi-Faktor-Authentifizierung bereits eingerichtet haben, müssen Sie an dieser Stelle nur den Code aus Ihrer Authenticator App eingeben.
10.     Um zu Ihrem Posteingang zu gelangen, wählen Sie Fertig.

Ihr Microsoft 365-Konto wurde nun zur Mail-App hinzugefügt.

How can I add the e-mail account to the Mail app in Windows?

In this guide we explain to you how your previously in the KIS created M365 e-mail account can be added to the mail app in Windows

Integrate your Microsoft 365 account into the mail app from Windows, to send and receive e-mails.

1.    Open the Mail-App.
2.    When you add a new account, please continue with step 3. Otherwise, select the gear icon for Settings and then Manage accounts.
3.    Choose + Add account.
4.    Choose Office 365.
5.    Enter your Microsoft 365 e-mail address and click "Continue".
6.    Choose "Work- or Schoolaccount" and then "Continue".
7.    Enter your Microsoft 365 e-mail password and click on "Log in".
8.    You may be asked if you want to stay logged in to all your apps. To stay logged in, select “OK”.
9.    In case Multi-Factor-Authentification (MFA) is enabled, verify your email account by setting up multi-factor authentication. This is set up directly at this point when setting up the email account in the email   program. If you have already set up multi-factor authentication, you only need to enter the code from your Authenticator app at this point
10.     To go to your inbox, select Done.

Your Microsoft 365 account has now been added to the Mail-App.
