In dieser Anleitung erklären wir Ihnen, wie Sie ein Microsoft 365 E-Mail-Konto als Exchange Konto im Outlook für Mac hinzufügen können.

Erforderlich: Bevor Sie fortfahren, stellen Sie bitte sicher, dass Sie die Outlook-App installiert haben.

1. Öffnen Sie die Outlook-App.
2. Tippen Sie links oben auf das Profil, bzw. Haus und dann auf das “+”-Zeichen,  um ein weiteres E-Mail-Konto hinzuzufügen.
3. Tippen Sie auf Konto hinzufügen.
4. Geben Sie Ihre Microsoft 365-E-Mail-Adresse ein und tippen Sie auf Weiter.
5. Optional: Wenn Sie gefragt werden, ob es sich um ein "Geschäfts/Schulkonto" oder ein "persönliches Konto" handelt, wählen Sie bitte Geschäftskonto. 
6. Geben Sie Ihr Microsoft 365-Kennwort ein und tippen Sie auf Anmelden.
7. Wenn die Multi-Faktor-Authentifizierung (MFA) aktiviert ist, verifizieren Sie Ihr E-Mail-Konto, indem Sie eine Multi-Faktor-Authentifizierung einrichten. Die Einrichtung erfolgt direkt an dieser Stelle während der Einrichtung des E-Mail-Kontos im E-Mail-Programm. Falls Sie die Multi-Faktor-Authentifizierung bereits eingerichtet haben, müssen Sie an dieser Stelle nur den Code aus Ihrer Authenticator App eingeben.

Ihre Microsoft 365-E-Mails befinden sich jetzt in Ihrem Outlook für Android, und Sie können sofort loslegen E-Mails zu versenden.

How can I add my email account to Outlook on Android?

Required: Before proceeding, please ensure that you have the Outlook app installed.

1. Open the Outlook app.
2. Tap on the profile or home icon in the top left corner, then tap on the “+” sign to add another email account.
3. Tap on Add account.
4. Enter your Microsoft 365 email address and tap Next.
5. Optional: When asked if this is a “business/school account” or a “personal account,” select business account. 
6. Enter your Microsoft 365 password and tap Sign in.
7. If multi-factor authentication (MFA) is enabled, verify your email account by setting up multi-factor authentication. This is done directly at this point during the setup of the email account in the email program. If you have already set up multi-factor authentication, you only need to enter the code from your Authenticator app at this point.

Your Microsoft 365 emails are now in your Outlook for Android, and you can start sending emails right away.
