1 Price monthly. Corporate customers: The minimum contract period is 12 months. The contract is extended by a further 12 months in each case if it has not been terminated with a notice period of 1 month to the end of the term. The payment interval is 1 year. The monthly fees are charged annually in advance and cannot be refunded in the event of early termination. Private customers: The minimum contract term is 12 months. The contract is extended indefinitely if it is not terminated with 1 month's notice. The monthly fees are charged annually in advance for the first year, thereafter monthly; the fees cannot be refunded in the event of premature termination. The transfer of an already registered domain name (KK) from another provider is currently only possible with the TLDs listed under the following link: https://faq.hosteurope.de/index.php?cpid=1839#b1 For .tv domains, the monthly price does not apply to so-called "Premium Domains", e.g. news.tv. For .ws domains, the monthly price only applies to .ws domains with more than 4 characters; domains with less than 4 characters cannot be registered. For .mobi domains, the monthly price does not apply to so-called "Premium Names" such as "news.mobi". Additional costs may be incurred for changes to domain data. All prices include 19% MwSt. for Germany, other EU countries may differ. Please note our information on IDN at: http://faq.hosteurope.de/index.php?cpid=3219. Important for gTLD domains (e.g. com, net, org etc.): Due to a new requirement of the "Internet Corporation for Assigned Name and Numbers" (ICANN), which came into force on January 01, 2014, all registrars are obliged to ensure that the contact details for registration, update and transfer of gTLD domains are correct. Following the successful domain registration/transfer, an e-mail will be sent to the owner's e-mail address for verification. Please open the link contained in the e-mail to complete the verification. You have 15 days to access the link and confirm the authenticity of your e-mail address and contact information, otherwise the domain will be suspended and unavailable. This process applies only to gTLD domains managed by ICANN. For ccTLD domains (e.g. de, at, ch, eu) this verification process does not currently exist on the part of the registry. Please note that the displayed price for the new gTLDs refers to a standard domain name. The registration of so-called premium domain names can sometimes deviate considerably from the standard price. The prices for .koeln and .cologne are valid from 3-digit domain names. 2-digit domain names for .koeln and .cologne are not supported.

4 Please note that the registration and administration of .fr, .pm and .re domains is subject to certain conditions: the future holder must be resident in one of the following countries: AT, BE, BG, CY, CZ, DE, DK, EE, ES, FI, AX, FR, GP, GF, MQ, RE, TF, YT, PF, NC, PM, WF, GB, GI, GR, HU, IS, IE, IT, LI, LT, LU, LV, MT, NL, NO, PL, PT, RO, SE, SI, SK, CH. Interested parties with a residence outside these countries cannot register .fr, .pm and .re domains. A provider change is currently not possible with these domain extensions.

6 Please note that the registration and administration of .xxx domains is subject to certain conditions: When ordering a .xxx domain, a so-called "defensive registration" is carried out first. This means that the domain is not triggered, but is only secured for you and cannot yet be reached. In order for your domain to be activated, we need your "Community ID" with the corresponding password and the details of the domain you have ordered. Please send it to us by e-mail: https://kis.hosteurope.de/support/supportanfrage/ or via our Customer Information System (KIS): support@hosteurope.de. We will then arrange for the registration to be completed at the registry so that the domain can be accessed on the Internet.
