Welche Logfiles werden gespeichert und wie lange?

Auf unseren WebHosting und WebServer / WebServer Dedicated Systemen werden automatisiert Protokolle (sog. Logfiles) für bestimmte Dienste auf dem Server erfasst. Hier erfahren Sie, wie lange diese Logs vorgehalten werden und wie Sie diese einsehen können

Alle Logfiles werden täglich rotiert. Die Logs vom Vortag werden archiviert und stehen für die jeweils genannte Vorhaltezeit zur Verfügung.

Access-Logfile

Enthält: Alle Zugriffe auf Ihre Webseiten
Vorhaltezeit: 14 Tage
Einsehbar: Im KIS unter "Produktverwaltung - Ihr Produktbereich - Konfigurieren - Statistiken & Logfiles - Laufende ACCESS-Logfiles ansehen"

Error-Logfile

Enthält: Fehlermeldungen von PHP, CGI und vom Webserver selbst
Vorhaltezeit: 7 Tage
Einsehbar: Im KIS unter "Produktverwaltung - Ihr Produktbereich - Konfigurieren - Statistiken & Logfiles - Laufende ERROR-Logfiles ansehen"

FTP-Logfile

Enthält: Logins per FTP und alle durchgeführten Transaktionen
Vorhaltezeit: 7 Tage
Einsehbar: Kann kostenplichtig im KIS unter "Produktverwaltung - Ihr Produktbereich - Konfigurieren - Statistiken & Logfiles - FTP - Logfile anfordern (kostenpflichtig)" angefordert werden.

POP3/IMAP-Logfile

Enthält: Logins per POP3 und IMAP durchgeführte Löschungen von E-Mails
Vorhaltezeit: 7 Tage
Einsehbar: Kann kostenpflichtig (25 EUR) per KIS-Supportanfrage angefordert werden.

SMTP-Logfile

Enthält: Zeitpunkt sowie Absender und Empfänger von versendeten E-Mails
Vorhaltezeit: 7 Tage
Einsehbar: Kann kostenpflichtig (25 EUR) per KIS-Supportanfrage angefordert werden.

MySQL Slow-Query Log (nur WebServer)

Enthält: Langsam (länger als 2 Sekunden) laufende MySQL Abfragen
Vorhaltezeit: 7 Tage
Einsehbar: Kann per KIS-Supportanfrage angefordert werden.

On our Webhosting and Webserver / Webserver dedicated systems, logs (so-called log files) are automatically recorded for certain services on the server. Here you can find out how long these logs are kept and how you can view them

All log files are rotated daily. The logs from the previous day are archived and are available for the specified storage time.

Access-Logfile

Contains: All accesses to your websites
Retention time: 14 days
Visible: In the KIS under "Product Admin - *Your Product* - Configure - Statistics & log files - See ongoing ACCESS logfiles"

Error-Logfile

Contains: error messages from PHP, CGI and from the Webserver itself
Retention time: 7 days
Visible: In the KIS under "Product Admin - *Your Product* - Configure - Statistics & log files - See ongoing ERROR logfiles"

FTP-Logfile

Contains: Logins via FTP and all transactions made
Retention time: 7 days
Visible: Can be requested for a fee in the KIS under "Product Admin - *Your Product* - Configure - Statistics & log files - FTP - Request Logfile (subject to charge)"

POP3/IMAP-Logfile

Contains: Logins via POP3 and IMAP, deletion of e-mails
Retention time: 7 days
Visible: Can be requested for a fee (EUR 25) via KIS support request.

SMTP-Logfile

Contains: Time as well as sender and recipient of sent e-mails
Retention time: 7 days
Visible: Can be requested for a fee (EUR 25) via KIS support request.

MySQL Slow-Query Log (WebServer only)

Contains: Slow (more than 2 seconds) running MySQL queries
Retention time: 7 days
Visible: Can be requested via KIS support request.
