Kann der Postfachspeicher über 50 GB erhöht werden?
Nein, keins der angebotenen Produkte hat einen Postfachspeicher über 50 GB hinaus und kann auch nicht erweitert werden.
Welche Lösung gibt es stattdessen?
Es kann ein Onlinearchiv / In-Place-Archiv aktiviert werden. Dadurch stehen zusätzlich 50 GB Archivspeicher zur Verfügung.
Ältere E-Mails können dann dorthin verschoben werden – manuell oder automatisiert, z. B. ab einem bestimmten Alter.
Wie wird das Archiv aktiviert?
Die Aktivierung erfolgt im Exchange Admin Center und erfordert Adminrechte.

In this FAQ article, we explain what you can do if your mailbox is close to reaching its storage limit or has already reached it.
Can I upgrade my e-mail product for more storage?
If you are using the E-Mail Essentials product, you can upgrade your contract to a larger plan via the KIS:

The products E-Mail Plus, Online Business Essentials, and Business Professional already offer the maximum mailbox storage of 50 GB.
If needed, please feel free to contact our support team by phone, email, or via a KIS support request so that we can provide you with the product you need.
Can mailbox storage be increased beyond 50 GB?
No. None of the available products offers mailbox storage beyond 50 GB, and this limit cannot be extended.
What is the alternative?
An Online Archive / In-Place Archive can be enabled. This provides an additional 50 GB of archive storage.
Older emails can then be moved to the archive, either manually or automatically, for example once they reach a certain age.
How is the archive enabled?
The archive is enabled through the Exchange Admin Center and requires admin permissions.

What can I do myself to free up storage space?
Outlook offers several ways to reduce mailbox size, for example:
- delete large emails and attachments
