Benefit from low annual prices
For private customers: price in the 1st year (minimum contract period: 12 months, monthly billing). After that, you can cancel monthly and switch to a monthly price if you don't manually extend it for another 12 months.
For business customers: Minimum contract period: 12 months (monthly billing). Automatic renewal for 12 months. Notice period 1 month to the end of the contract period.

Main services
Number of websites
Depending on the package, a different number of websites can be set up. WordPress hosting (including E-Commerce) packages are designed for setting up a single website. If you want to run multiple websites, please choose one of our WordPress Pro packages.
MySQL databases
MySQL is one of the most widely used database management systems in the world and is considered to be very secure, stable and flexible. One MySQL database is available per website.
.de domain included in the first year
With most Managed WordPress Hosting packages (including E-Commerce), a .de domain is included for the first year. The exception is Pro packages.
Professional email inbox included
Email Professional is included for the entire duration of the Managed WordPress contract. Excluded from this are the Pro packages.
Simple upgrades
If your website requires more performance, simply increase it by upgrading to the next higher Managed WordPress Hosting plan. It is possible to upgrade from the "Supreme" hosting package to the "Pro 5" hosting package. Upgrading from the "E-Commerce" package to the "Pro 5" package is not possible at the moment.
Terms of contract
One time setup fee
You pay the setup fee only once at the beginning of your contract period.
- 0 € for 24 months contract period
- 0 € for 12 months contract period
- 9,99 € with one month contract period
Contract duration: 24 months, 12 months or 1 month
Please note that your package requires a specific minimum contract term. For some products, you can alternatively choose from several contract periods, which may result in different monthly and setup fees.
Billing period: monthly in advance
The fees incurred are charged in advance at the specified intervals. A refund in case of early termination or change of contract is not possible.
Following contract length: 1 month
After the minimum contract term, your contract is renewed.
Cancellation terms: 1 month
The contract can be terminated with 1 month notice, at the earliest to the end of the minimum contract term.
Upgrades: free of charge
We basically allow you to switch products free of charge to any higher WordPress hosting plan.
1 Automatic contract extension for the duration of the agreed billing period if the contract is not terminated with six week's notice to the end of the agreed billing period. From the 13th month onwards, the regular conditions for .de domains apply.
