Whilst Domain, Web hosting, and Professional Email are initially sold as a bundle, they are separate products. After the initial free period (or contract term, as applicable), Domains and activated Professional Email will auto-renew at the applicable renewal terms and rates shown, unless cancelled. Each product in the bundle must be cancelled separately (cancellation period: one month). Cancelling one product will not automatically cancel others.

For auto-renewal information, please see plan boxes. Customers can request to manually renew products for longer periods if they wish (in these cases, customers will usually benefit from lower pricing).

Web Hosting Monthly Contract Term: After initial 1-month term, contract auto-renews on a monthly basis for all customers, unless cancelled.

Web Hosting Annual Contract Term: After the initial 12-month term, the contract auto-renews on a monthly basis at the regular monthly product price for private customers, and annually at the regular annual product price for business customers, unless cancelled.
