With our Online Business Essentials product, you can organise team communication more efficiently than ever before. With the M365-based apps, you can share calendars, address books and files with your colleagues. This means you will no longer miss any important appointments and always have all your contacts available. From Online Business Essentials package the 1 TB of OneDrive online storage is included.

Using the Microsoft Outlook webmailer, you can access incoming mail to your e-mail account as well as appointments, addresses and files from any computer with Internet access and a browser. With your smartphone and tablet PC, you can also conveniently use all functions on the move and via an app.

Every e-mail account is protected by a comprehensive anti-spam filter as standard. This means that every address you have created under your account is securely protected against unwanted messages (spam).

If you would like to use our products professionally, we recommend that you set up individual addresses under your own domain. This allows you to communicate in a more personal and distinctive way. Regardless of whether you want to use the address for business or private purposes. You also have the option of adding an external domain free of charge.

Our products allow you mobile access to your mailboxes from any mobile device, whether smartphone or tablet. This is done directly via the Outlook webmailer or you can use the appropriate app.

You can manage your product quickly, easily and conveniently via the e-mail dashboard in the HIS. Regardless of whether you want to create a new account, create a new e-mail address or set up forwarding or autoresponders.

Microsoft 365 is hosted on the servers of our partner Microsoft. Customer data may be stored in several international Microsoft data centres. Microsoft currently decides where customer data is stored based on two factors: (i) the ‘tenant's default region’ and (ii) the available ‘regions’ for a particular service. For Host Europe customers based in Germany who use M365 Email or Exchange Online, Microsoft ToDo, OneDrive and SharePoint, customer data is currently stored in Germany (as of 12/11/2024). The situation may be different for other M365 services.
