For private customers: price in the 1st year (minimum contract period: 12 months, monthly billing). After that, you can cancel monthly and switch to a monthly price if you don't manually extend it for another 12 months.
For business customers: Minimum contract period: 12 months (monthly billing). Automatic renewal for 12 months. Notice period 1 month to the end of the contract period.

We use a comprehensive anti-spam filter to ensure that you receive fewer unwanted emails (spam). It checks incoming e-mails for spam properties.
Easy upgrade option
If you reach your maximum storage space, we will inform you in advance by email. You can easily upgrade your mailboxes up to the 30 GB Team Package.
Daily Backup
Your data is automatically backed up every day. Our daily backup complements your own backup copies and gives you additional security and convenience.

Terms and conditions
Minimum contract length: 12 months or 1 month
Please note that your package requires a certain minimum contract period. For some products there is a choice of several contract periods that may have different monthly and set-up fees.
Monthly billing cycle: yearly or monthly in advance
Any charges are calculated for the given periods in advance and cannot be refunded if cancellation occurs before the end of the contract period or if there is a contract change.
Following contract length: 1 month
After the minimum contract term, your contract is renewed.
Cancellation terms: 1 month
The contract can be terminated with 1 month notice, at the earliest to the end of the minimum contract term.
